Finding and logging into the Customer Portal

Before you can use our customer portal, you’ll need to log in. The below video explains how.

If you are unsure of your log in details, please contact your sales representative or you can send an email to CustomerCare@emit.co.za and one of our friendly superheroes will help you as soon as possible.

Capturing your waybill or collection

One of the most important features of our portal is being able to log your own collections, this is much better than sending an email, it’s quicker, gives us all the information we need and goes straight to the person that needs to make sure your collection happens.

The below video explains how and also gives some tips along the way.

Tracking waybills and checking Proof of Delivery

Once you’ve logged your collection, have some peace of mind by being able to track your delivery whenever you wish. We scan each parcel as it enters and leaves each of our facilities around the country so that we can provide you with this level of tracking.

The below video quickly shows you how to make use of this feature.

Tracking your waybills with Quick Track

We also like to make your life just a little bit easier by allowing your customers to track a waybill as long as they have the waybill number.

This means you don’t have to give your customers login details and risk them viewing information not for them.

Generating a quote

Having an account with us means you can easily generate a quote on the portal and that means you can carry on with business much quicker than having to wait for a quote.

The below video shows you how:
